Horton, Lennar, KB Home, Beazer Homes, Richmond American, Warmington Homes, J.F. Shea Company, Standard Pacific Homes, Meritage Homes, Century Communities, and Toll Brothers.
His professional achievements include serving as President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pulte Homes, Beazer Homes, Ryland Homes, John Laing Homes, and Western Pacific Housing (now D.R. Horton). Randy has been honored as "Salesperson of the Year" in major markets, has addressed peers at National Association of Home Builders conventions, and frequently serves as an expert witness for banks and receivers. He is accredited to instruct professional-designation programs in homebuilding and has been published in industry journals.

Martha Silva has 19 years in the real estate profession, with a proven track record for outstanding client representation and superior performance. Joelle began her career in new-home sales in 1997 and quickly became licensed as a California Real Estate Broker. At Revive, she has served as Research Director in the Forward Planning Group and as Vice President of Quality Control — auditing every sales office within Revive's system to ensure it operates within Revive protocol, with consistent legal disclosures, licenses, and postings across every office.
Joelle has personally sold a wide range of new homes, sometimes without models, and has managed presales, priority programs, and option selection and scheduling. Deeply informed on competition, demographics, product design, and net absorption, she has brought those skills into her current role, building a strong track record with builder-partners who value how she keeps their projects organized and low-risk. She is an accomplished skydiver and is active with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
